Vaping with your friends can be an incredibly fun time, trust us we have spent many a night under the moon with the Wulf Mods Pack enjoying the fun of trying out different cartridges and dry herbs with the various vaporizers in our selection.

But as with any social activity, there are some ways that you can keep the sessions going, while at the same time making sure you are protecting yourself!

That’s why this week at Wulf Mods we wanted to give you a couple of tips on how you can prevent the spread of germs with your vaporizer and keep having the huge puff puff passing sessions we all love!

Tips To Avoid Oversharing Your Vape

Tell us if you’ve been in this situation, you go to hang out with some friends and as soon as you bring out your vape pen a million and three people are asking for some.

While doing this with your close friends is what it's all about, sometimes these situations can rope you into giving your vaporizer away to what ends up becoming a conga line of awaiting mouths.

In order to avoid exposing your vape to so many different people, try to only bring it out when you are in smaller groups or try to be more subtle about it and step outside to have a puff. This is an easy way to simply not let the situation come to be by proactively vaping around it.

Another method that can be harder for some than others, is practicing up on your best “no” responses as while it can be awkward in the moment, no one will mind if you keep your device to yourself.

Can Sharing A Vape Spread Germs?

The germs you will encounter on a vaporizer are no different than any other session piece like a water pipe, hand pipe, or even materials rolled in papers. Not only that, but it is the same risk that you have when sharing drinks or food.

These can include things like the common cold, all the way to more contagious things like COVID. While the germs here present a risk, luckily for us there are some sure fire ways to make sure all of these germs and materials are completely eliminated.

How Can I Guarantee A Clean Piece?

In our opinion, one of the best ways that you can keep yourself safe and your vaporizer clean from any germs is to utilize cleaning solutions that contain isopropyl alcohol.

Cleaners that contain isopropyl are able to completely kill the potential germs, while at the same time being incredibly easy to use with a variety of different products available that contain it.

What Is Isopropyl Alcohol?

Isopropyl alcohol is a colorless form of pure alcohol that is both flammable and dissolvable in water. There are many uses for isopropyl alcohol but for the most part it is used for its disinfecting abilities, when mixed with water it is able to infiltrate germs and destroy them.

Typically the products you will see have a certain % of isopropyl alcohol mixed with water and other cleaning agents to slightly water down the potency while still retaining its cleaning properties.

How Should I Clean My Mouthpiece Post Session?

Now in order to guarantee that your vaporizer is all clear after a session, then we recommend using some of these aforementioned isopropyl products to clean the mouthpiece extensively after you are done for the time being.

Try doing several passes with your cleaning wipe to ensure that everything has been sanitized and that you are getting the most from each of your products.

If you are using any of our Next, Flora, or LX Slim models, then you are actually able to remove the mouthpiece all together and then clean them individually! This is perfect as you want to avoid any moisture getting near their internals, and this lets you really get every nook and cranny.

All three of these vaporizers also have mouthpiece replacement parts available, changing out your mouthpiece or swapping between two is another great idea to stay on top of your session sanitations easily.
