Refund policy

You get 30 days from the day your WULF gear shows up to start a return.

Send it back unused and in its original packaging, and have your order number or receipt handy. Email info@wulfmods.com and we will get it moving. Once the return is approved we ship you a free return label with instructions on where to send it. Hold off on shipping anything back until we approve it, otherwise we cannot accept the package.

Need to cancel?

If your order has not been fulfilled, you can cancel it within 15 minutes of placing it. Past that, or once it is on a truck, the return process above takes over.

If something is not right

Give your order a look as soon as it arrives. Defective, damaged, or just plain not what you ordered? Tell us and we will make it right.

How the refund is figured

Refunds come back at the lower of what you paid or what the item is selling for when we process the return.

What we cannot take back

Clearance items and gift cards are not returnable. Clearance gear is marked final sale right on the product page, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Anything on a regular promotional discount is still fully returnable.

For safety reasons we also cannot take back hazardous materials, flammable liquids or compressed gases. Ask us if you are not sure about a specific piece.

Exchanges

Fastest path is to return what you have and order the replacement separately, so your new gear ships without waiting on the return to land.

Refund timing

We will let you know when your return arrives and has been checked, and whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
