Wulf Zapp Quick Start Guide

Before we dive into the finer details of cleaning your Wulf Zapp, we wanted to provide y’all with a quick rundown of all the most important steps to keeping things clean. This way if you’re in a rush or just don’t like reading for long, you can get back to vaping as soon as possible.

1. Power Off Your Battery	Pull the trigger / power button five times (5x).	Always power off your Zapp first. Never attempt to clean while the battery is still on.
2. Remove The Cartridge	Twist your cartridge out of the front muzzle connection.	Go slow and make sure to place your cartridge in a safe, upright location away from ledges.
3. Dampen A Q-Tip w/ ISO	Apply a small amount of isopropyl alcohol to a q-tip or swab.	Squeeze out excess moisture from your swab before touching the device.
4. Clean Your Wulf Zapp	Use the swab to clean threaded connections and wipe down the battery exterior.	Gently remove any material build up in the threads for a clearer, stronger connection.
5. Leave Everything To Dry	Wait until all components and connections are 100% dry.	Do something else while waiting for your battery to dry; it helps you avoid using it while wet.

1. Power Off The Wulf Zapp Battery

First things first, when it comes down to cleaning the Wulf Zapp (and any vaporizer for that matter) you must always first power down your battery. This ensures you don’t accidentally leak moisture onto a hot element and prevents a whole host of other unsavory electrical situations.

To do so on the Wulf Zapp, press the trigger / power button five times (5x) and wait for the LED to power down. Now when you try to pull the trigger, nothing happens, meaning you’re safely locked and ready to begin your cleaning.

Remember that powering off your Wulf Zapp Battery prior to cleaning isn’t just a tip, but an absolute requirement to protect yourself, your vaporizer, and your Wulf Pack around you.

2. Remove Your Cartridge

Next you’ve got to remove the 510 threaded cartridge from the front muzzle of your Wulf Zapp by slowly twisting it off. Make sure to place it somewhere nearby, as you may want to wipe it down as well while cleaning.

Removing your cartridge exposes the 510 threaded connection, allowing you to access the integral parts required to actually keep your Wulf Zapp clean and firing efficiently.

Aim to have the q-tip / swab head slightly damp, without it being completely drenched in isopropyl. The goal here is to have enough ISO that you can slowly scrub away at oil residue or stains, all without squeezing raw liquid into the internal battery compartment.

Isopropyl alcohol is required here, as you want to use as little moisture as possible, all while maximizing your overall cleaning capabilities. So stick with the classics and you’ll be in good hands.

4. Cleaning Your Wulf Zapp

To guarantee your Wulf Mods Zapp is always operating at 100% efficiency, use the dampened swab you’ve created to scrub away at the biggest “danger zones” on your device.

Gently clean the threaded connection on the front of your Zapp, removing any sticky material build up. A clear connection is vital for preventing “Open Circuit” errors.
