How To Use A Wulf Hito Hot Knife Kit
Ready to start loading concentrates with your Wulf Hito Hot Knife? Take a look below for a quick step-by-step walkthrough on how you can easily get to using your Hito Hot Knife for completely lossless concentrate loading.
- Power on your Wulf Hito Hot Knife by pressing the power button 5x.
- Select your voltage level by pressing the power button 3x.
- Use your ceramic tip to scoop up a small bit of concentrate.
- Hold your hot knife over the banger / atomizer and press the power button to warm your concentrates until they fall in.
- Use a q-tip or swab to clean leftover concentrate from your knife tip.
- Rinse and repeat.

How To Load A Cartridge On The Wulf Hito Hot Knife Kit?
Want to hit the ground running with your Wulf Hito Hot Knife Kit?
First things first you’ll have to remove the ceramic knife tip from your Wulf Hito and place it in a safe location. As the hot knife tip is rather small, we recommend placing it somewhere safe so that it doesn’t go missing while ripping your cartridge clouds.
After you’ve safely stored your hot knife tip, you can now choose one of your 510 cartridges to attach. Luckily the Wulf Hito Hot Knife Kit is compatible with 510 thread cartridges of any size, so feel free to choose any of your favorites to get started with.
Next carefully twist the 510 thread cartridge onto the top of your Wulf Hito. Make sure that the threads are snug and flush against each other, confirming that your cartridge has been properly attached to the Hito.
How To Use A Wulf Hito Hot Knife Kit With A Cartridge
With your cartridge attached, you’re all ready to start moving onto the heart of your session and actually start ripping some clouds with your Wulf Hito. To do so, follow the steps laid out below.
Press the power button five times (5x) in a row to power on your Wulf Hito. When correctly input, the LED around your power button will flash green five times (5x) in a row and let you know that you’re ready to start vaping.
To use your Wulf Hito press and hold down the power button while inhaling from the mouthpiece of your cartridge. When done, simply release the power button and your Wulf Hito will return to stand by mode.
From here you can casually sip on your Wulf Hito at your own leisure, enjoying the power of on demand clouds without limitation. As a note, after 1 hour of non-use, your Wulf Hito will power down to protect your battery level.
Once your session is complete you can press the power button five times (5x) to switch off the battery on your Wulf Hito. When correctly input your LED will flash red five times (5x) in a row to let you know it’s safe for travel / storage.
Voltage Adjustment On A Wulf Hito Hot Knife
The Wulf Hito comes with a choice of 3 distinct voltage settings (2.8, 3.2, 3.6v) for you to swap between. In general, lower voltages are able to provide more flavor, while higher voltages are able to deliver more potency. Keep this in mind while choosing for more enjoyment.
To change voltage settings on the Wulf Hito press the power button three times (3x) in a row and your battery will cycle to the next level. Keep pressing the power button three times (3x) in a row to continue swapping through the available levels.
- Green: 2.8v
- Blue: 3.2v
- Red: 3.6v
Once you’ve reached your desired voltage, stop pressing the power button and allow the settings to lock in. From here you can now enjoy your Wulf Hito as normal, all with the adjusted voltage level.
How To Activate Pre-Heat Mode On A Wulf Hito Hot Knife
The Wulf Hito includes a 10s pre-heat mode at 1.8v in order to help soften thicker oils and provide you with an extra potent boost for your sessions.
To activate the pre-heat on your Wulf Hito press the power button two times (2x) to begin the heating countdown.
After 10s have passed, you can now take a hit from your Wulf Hito as normal by pressing and holding the power button, all with the bonus of your pre-heat delivering an extra spicy cloud for you to enjoy.
How to Charge A Wulf Hito Hot Kife
In order to charge the Wulf Hito make use of the USB-C port located right in the middle of the battery. When plugged in your Wulf Hito will shine its LED light. Once it’s reached full charge, make sure to promptly unplug your battery. Always stay near your Wulf Hito while charging and never leave it plugged in overnight.
The first time you charge your Wulf Hito, be sure to leave it plugged in for two hours. Everytime after, never leave the Wulf Hito plugged in for longer than one hour at a time, to preserve battery integrity and prevent any issues down the line.

To get the most out of your Wulf Hito, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the following troubleshooting warnings that are built in to protect you and your own Wulf Pack.

Low Battery Warning: If your LED light flashes red ten times (10x) and stops working - this means you need to charge your battery, it’s out of juice.

Short Circuit Warning: If your LED light flashes red five times (5x) and stops working - this means your battery is short circuiting, cease using until the warning stops.

Open Circuit Warning: If your LED light flashes white three times (3x) - this means you’re experiencing an open circuit, replace the cartridge and try again.

How to Clean A Wulf Hito
For the best experiences with your Wulf Hito we recommend keeping your battery clean. To do so follow along with the steps laid out below to easily and quickly keep your Wulf Hito clean for years of enjoyment to come.
- Power down your Wulf Hito. Never attempt to clean while the battery is powered on.
- Remove your cartridge. Never clean while the cartridge is still attached.
- Use a swab with isopropyl alcohol to clean threading and power button.
- Clean the bottom of your cartridge with an isopropyl swab.
- Wipe down the exterior with a cloth.
- Leave ample time to dry.
